Tom Daley on OBE: I want to help create change

Tom Daley, who won Olympic gold in Tokyo in the summer, has been appointed OBE for services to "diving, LGBTQ+ rights and charity".

Speaking to BBC Breakfast Mr Daley said he felt his honour came with a responsibility to "make the whole Commonwealth a better place for LGBT people".
