Putin determined to plunge Ukraine into war - Starmer

Sir Keir Starmer has said "yesterday was a dark day for Europe", after Moscow ordered troops into two rebel-held regions in eastern Ukraine.

"Putin appears determined to plunge Ukraine into a wider war", the Labour leader added.
