Russia Today: Amol Rajan explains Ofcom's licence decision
Russian state-backed TV channel RT (Russia Today) has had its UK broadcasting licence revoked by British television regulator, Ofcom.
Ofcom said RT's parent body ANO TV Novosti was not "fit and proper to hold a UK broadcast licence" and revoked their licence with immediate effect.
The BBC's Media Editor Amol Rajan explained the decision, and the difference between state and public broadcasting.
