David Carrick: Police releases footage of Met Police officer arrest

Hertfordshire Constabulary have released bodycam footage of the moment serial rapist David Carrick was arrested.

The former Metropolitan Police officer has been jailed for a minimum of 30 years, after being sentenced to 36 life terms.
