No routine checks between NI and mainland UK - Rishi Sunak
Prime minister Rishi Sunak has said that there will be no routine checks on goods moving between mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Today programme Mr Sunak said that checks would only take place in "red lanes" or if there is "suspected criminality".
