Idris Elba calls on politicians to ban 'zombie knives' and machetes

Idris Elba has accused politicians of not giving knife crime "the focus it deserves" and has called on the government to do more to address it.

Speaking to BBC Radio 4's Today programme, the actor recalled the Youth Training Scheme, a government initiative that was set up in the 1980s to help young people learn skills and find employment
