The death of Diana, the former Princess of Wales, changed what the paparazzi could and could not do, her brother has told the BBC.
Asked about online conspiracies around Catherine, the current Princess of Wales, Charles Spencer told the BBC that press intrusion was "worse" when his sister was alive.
