Car crashes into Norwich job centre

A man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and dangerous driving after a car crashed into a job centre in Norwich.

The Rover crashed through the glass doors of the JobCentre Plus in Pottergate at around 09:40 GMT.

The building was evacuated and no injuries were reported. The arrested man, who is in his mid 30s, was taken to the Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

The scene was cordoned off and the job centre was closed for the rest of the day.
