Cheltenham man swimming from Lands End to John O'Groats

A man from Gloucestershire who is bidding to become the first person to swim from Land's End to John O'Groats said the salt water is "playing havoc" with his tongue.

Sean Conway, 32, from Cheltenham, left west Cornwall on 30 June.

He claims he is "not a big swimmer" and said he only started training three months ago.
