The Ashes: How Jonathan Agnew prepares for a test

Jonathan Agnew, the BBC Test Match Special commentator, says long walks with his dogs around his home in Leicestershire are the best way to prepare for the intensity of an Ashes Test.

The three dogs are each named after famous former cricketers - former Australia bowler Nathan Bracken, ex-South Africa all-rounder Lance Klusener and former England bowler Matthew Hoggard.
