Army reservists: Shortage might hit part-timers plan
The impact on employers could hinder plans to recruit more part-time soldiers to plug gaps left by cutting 20,000 regulars from the Army, it has been warned.
The response relies on employers releasing staff for training and operations. But many small businesses say they would not consider employing a reservist in the future.
