Look North presenters ready for Sport Relief tandem trek

BBC Yorkshire's Look North presenters Harry Gration and Amy Garcia have completed their last training ride before a tandem challenge for Sport Relief.

Gration, 63, and Garcia, 32, hope to cycle 241 miles in eight days, starting on Friday.

The pair will be following the Tour de Yorkshire route through the county.
