Missing carp Chadwick returns after flood escape

A koi carp that escaped from an aquatic centre during winter flooding has been returned to his pond.

The 10-year-old chagoi, named Chadwick, swam out of World of Water in Romsey, Hampshire when it was overwhelmed by floods in February.

He was discovered seven miles (11km) away in the River Test near Totton by Jane Primmer who has received a reward.

Chadwick is settling back in to his pond, alongside Steve, a Sturgeon who swam off in the same flood and was discovered in a puddle at a car wash in early March.
