Footage shows police ramming car to stop drink driver

Footage of the moment police had to ram a car being driven on the wrong side of the A3 by a drunk driver has been released.

Two officers from Surrey Police crashed into Perri Game's car on 29 January in order to "prevent a serious traffic collision".

Both police officers and Game were taken to hospital with minor injuries following the crash.

The 21-year-old from Chalgrove, Oxfordshire, has admitted dangerous driving and drink driving at Guildford Crown Court.

She was sentenced to four months in prison, disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay a total of £630 costs.
