Aerial artworks for Tour de France in Yorkshire

A series of giant artworks have been etched into hillsides along the route of the Tour de France in Yorkshire.

Twelve pieces have been created as part of the Fields of Vision project to feature on Day Two of the Grand Depart from York to Sheffield.

The artworks, created in fields between Blubberhouses and Holmfirth, include a massive image of a dancer, which was marked out by cyclists repeatedly riding over a pattern on the ground.
