Aircraft crashes on to runway at Royal Navy Air Day

An investigation is under way after a vintage aircraft crashed on the runway at RNAS Culdrose in Cornwall.

Eyewitnesses say the Royal Navy Sea Fury appeared to lose power and made an emergency landing on Thursday.

The pilot walked away from the wreckage uninjured. The incident forced the annual air show to close early.
