Donkey in window a selfie sensation in Cleethorpes

The seaside town of Cleethorpes has another tourist attraction.

Hundreds of people have been taking selfies with Donny the donkey, who has stood in the living room window of the Lowe family home for 15 years.

The craze began after a Facebook page was set up by Paul Hirst.

"I started it as a laugh for me and my mates and it kind of snowballed," he said.

Donny was meant to be a garden ornament, said owner Paul Lowe, but he was kept inside in case he was stolen.
