Southern Health's Katrina Percy spoke of 'tears' ahead of resignation
Ahead of her recent departure as chief executive at under-fire mental health trust Southern Health, Katrina Percy told the BBC it had been "really pressurised and really difficult".
The chief executive, who resigned as the head of a troubled mental health trust had a new £240,000-a-year job created for her, the BBC has learned.
Ms Percy faced months of criticism for the way her trust failed to investigate patient deaths.
