Lichfield man describes Parsons Green Tube explosion

A passenger on a Tube train which was targeted with a suspected improvised explosive device on Friday morning has called the scenes he witnessed "manic".

Luke O'Connor from Lichfield, Staffordshire, was travelling on the District Line when he heard a "loud explosion" at Parsons Green station in South West London.
