Twycross elephants go two by two to Blackpool Zoo

Four elephants at Twycross Zoo in Leicestershire are to move to Blackpool Zoo in the new year to breed.

The female Asian elephants will go to a new £2.5m facility to live alongside a bull elephant, with bosses hoping the move will help to ensure the long-term survival of the endangered species.
