Doubts raised over Bedfordshire's Nirah aquarium project

There are doubts that a multi-million pound aquarium project in Bedfordshire, which was loaned more than £3m of public money, will ever be completed.

An investigation by the BBC has discovered that the group behind the Nirah project, which was proposed more than seven years ago, have still not submitted a detailed planning application.
