Buckinghamshire cyclist still goes riding, aged 100
A man who was a medal-winning cyclist as a youngster is still riding his tricycle - at the age of 100.
Richard Howard, from Winslow in Buckinghamshire, gave up cycling in the 1950s, but took it up again aged 94.
He now rides an average of 12 miles a week with his son, Peter.
