People have gathered at Windsor Castle to bid a tearful goodbye to Queen Elizabeth II.
Thousands have paid their respects at the Queen's Berkshire home, laying flowers and sharing their feelings on the monarch's passing.
Some brought their children for the historic moment and described the Queen as "the nation's mother".
