Ofsted: Head teacher's colleague urges 'more supportive' inspections
A former colleague of a head teacher who took her own life after an Ofsted inspection has urged the education watchdog to be "more supportive" in future.
Ellen worked with Ruth Perry, who was the head of Caversham Primary School before her death in January.
She spoke to the BBC while attending a protest in Newbury to support another head teacher's plans to refuse inspectors entry into her school.
