Watch: Fire crews tackle large fire in Reading town centre
Firefighters have rushed to the scene of a large blaze in a building in Reading town centre.
Video posted on social media shows thick black smoke billowing from the building near the train station.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service was called near Napier Road at 11:38 GMT on Thursday. The road has since been cordoned off.
A number of crews are on the scene fighting the fire.
Local residents and businesses are being urged to avoid the area, stay indoors and to keep windows closed.
