Birmingham New Street Station's revamp in time lapse
Cameras set up by Network Rail have captured the construction of the atrium at Birmingham's New Street station.
The station, currently undergoing a £650m redevelopment, is scheduled to open fully in September 2015.
Once work is complete, the main concourse will be three-and-a-half times larger than before work started in 2010.
The latest phase of construction will see 6,000 tonnes of concrete on the outside of the concourse replaced by a steel and glass structure.
