Green Capital Bristol's waste to be sent abroad

New figures show the amount of rubbish being sent to landfill in Bristol is rising, and there are now plans to send it abroad to be incinerated.

The European Green Capital city been accused of being "un-green" while the mayor says the system is not perfect.
