Bristol grandmother writing to beat Parkinson's stigma

Dawn May, an ex-teacher turned writer from Bristol, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2012 - the same year she became a grandmother.

She didn't want her grandson, Luca, to be frightened so she decided to begin writing children's books about dealing with the disease.
