'Rotting flesh' flower blooms in timelapse film

A rare flower which smells like rotting flesh was filmed in timelapse video at Cambridge University Botanic Garden as it opened and closed within two days in 2004.

It was the first titan arum plant - also known as the corpse flower - to bloom at the garden.

Another is expected to flower within days, staff said.
