Halfords mechanic caught speeding in customer's car

A Halfords customer discovered a mechanic speeding in his car while it was in for a service, after watching dashboard camera footage.

Shaun Ingram discovered the footage of his car being driven 57 mph in a 30 mph zone and complained to the company.

Halfords apologised, offered him a refund and said the mechanic was a temporary employee who had been let go.
