Medieval cannonball display returns to Warwick Castle
A cannonball display show has returned to Warwick Castle today for the first time since its restoration.
Standing 60ft (19m) high and weighing 22 tonnes, the Trebuchet is the largest working example in the world of a medieval missile launcher.
Last year it made national headlines after a fireball destroyed a thatched boathouse on the grounds.
A total of £40,000 has been spent on the Trebuchet. It will fire twice daily from Saturday, 13 February.
