Covid-19: Penrith pupil hopes to ease test anxiety

A 12-year-old girl from Cumbria has produced a video about testing to tackle any nervousness among fellow pupils.

Abi, from Penrith, wanted to help others feeling worried about home Covid-19 testing.

She shared a video on social media demonstrating how to do a lateral flow test.

Secondary school pupils will be expected to test themselves twice a week when they return to schools on Monday.
