Watch: Hundreds of bikers join charity Easter egg run in Nottingham

Hundreds of motorcyclists revved their engines for a charity Easter egg run.

The 43rd annual Nottingham Egg Run event on Sunday saw bikers donate chocolate eggs to disadvantaged children and children with special needs for Easter.

The 858 riders and pillions paraded 14.7 miles (23.7km), starting at Nottingham's Forest Recreation Ground and ending at Mansfield Fire Station.

Event organiser Tim Marston, from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue, said: "We've had 2,363 Easter eggs donated this year, which is a substantial amount.

"Every egg has a sticker on that says 'Happy Easter and best wishes from the bikers'."
