Body found in river search for Devon teenager Nathan Wood

A body has been found by police searching a river for a missing 16-year-old boy.

Nathan Wood was last seen near the River Dart in Devon on Friday evening in a "distressed state", officers said.

It was feared he had fallen into the river after taking a so-called "new psychoactive substance" (NPS).

The body has not been formally identified, but Mr Wood's family has been informed.
