Olympics effect sees Dorset sport clubs numbers grow

Figures released by Sport England have revealed the number of people playing sport in Dorset has grown by more than 20,000 over the last year.

A sharp rise in numbers has also been experienced since the Olympic and Paralympic Games this summer.

Weymouth hosted sailing and windsurfing during the Games - the largest event outside of London.
