Dorset Police issue warning to benefits cuts protesters

Dorset Police has warned organisers of a direct action campaign against government benefit cuts they may be breaking the law.

The houses of a number of Conservative councillors in Poole and Bournemouth have been targeted in the campaign against the benefit changes known by critics as the bedroom tax.

Dorset Police confirmed the protests had been carried out by a known local organisation.
