Dashcam shows young cyclist 'playing chicken' with car

A young cyclist has been filmed riding towards a car heading in the opposite direction, narrowly avoiding a crash.

Mandi Wilson, who witnessed what happened near Thorpe-le-Soken at the weekend, said she was shocked by the behaviour.

"It just seemed so silly," she said.
