Man hit by car at zebra crossing 'went in the air'

A 22-year-old man has told how he saw "the shops upside down" as he was knocked down by a car on a zebra crossing.

Tyler St George, 22, was crossing Old Road, in Clacton, Essex at about 13:15 BST on Saturday when he was hit by a car which failed to stop.

He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
