Dying mother starts petition to lower age of breast screening

A mother dying from breast cancer has launched a campaign to expand the screening programme for younger women.

Vicky Fenn, from South Benfleet, Essex, was diagnosed with breast cancer last year aged 36.

In the UK, women between 50 and 70 are invited for breast screening every three years as part of a national breast screening programme.
