Fly-tipping on Adam Hiskey memorial on A414 at Ongar

A woman says she will not rest until she tracks down fly-tippers who have repeatedly dumped rubbish on her dead brother's memorial.

Heaps of wood, glass and kitchen units were left on top of Adam Hiskey's marble plaque and wooden cross on the A414 near Ongar in Essex on Friday night.

The part-time DJ and tree surgeon died in a road crash, aged 26, in 2002.
