Wivenhoe couple's lights display spreads Christmas cheer

A Christmas lights spectacular created by a couple at their Essex home hopes to raise money for their local church.

Peter and Sandra Terry put up their dazzling display in Wivenhoe each year to raise vital funds.

They have developed their Christmas creation over 20 years, with about 50,000 lightbulbs shining bright into the night sky.

"We put them on because we give a lot of joy to a lot of people," said Mr Terry.
