Banksy's Spy Booth: Graffiti removal 'could break the law'

Confusion surrounds the future of a Banksy work in Cheltenham, known as Spy Booth.

The street art was bought by a private collector and a team has been preparing to remove it.

But now the council has warned that cutting it from the wall could break the law.

Local businesses have also launched an attempt to buy it back, as Steve Knibbs reports.
