Gloucestershire and Australia pen pals meet for first time in 50 years
Two pen pals who live at opposite ends of the earth have finally met in person for the first time since they began writing 50 years ago.
Rosemary Caskin, from Kingswood in Gloucestershire, started writing to Edith Dawson in Australia when she was nine-years-old.
They have continued to write and email ever since and Ms Dawson has flown in to celebrate Mrs Caskin's 60th birthday this week.
