London 2012: Helena Lucas targets sailing success

GB Paralympic sailor Helena Lucas has her sights on clinching Britain's first Paralympic sailing medal.

The 37-year-old from Southampton will be competing in her second Games, in the single-handed 2.4mR class.

The sailing events run from 1-7 September in Weymouth and Portland.
