Covid: Man rescued from illegal party house roof in Portsmouth

A reveller had to be brought down from the roof of a house in Portsmouth after police shut down an illegal gathering.

Nineteen people received fines for breaking lockdown rules and two men were arrested following the party on Saturday night.

Police described it as a "blatant breach" of coronavirus rules.
