Care home residents knit hundreds of poppies for remembrance display
Care home residents in Hampshire have come together to help knit 1,300 poppies ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
June Farrow and Rose Pope at Woodpeckers Care Home in Brockenhurst have been part of a group knitting for a statue display at St Thomas' Church in Lymington.
The pair have contributed poppies to the 10ft (3m) statue of a soldier.
