Watch: Fire rips through building near Southampton football stadium

Video taken from across Southampton shows the extent of a fire that has ripped through industrial units in the city.

The huge blaze broke out close to St Mary's Stadium just after 13:00 GMT, with a large smoke plume coming from industrial units on Marine Parade.

People across the city have been posting videos on social media showing thick black smoke rising into the sky.
