Malala Yousufzai: Children show their support
Children at a school in Staffordshire have sent dozens of cards offering their support to Malala Yousufzai, the schoolgirl shot by the Taliban.
Pupils at William MacGregor Primary in Tamworth have made her plight the focus of their lessons since October.
Gemma Day, their teacher, said: "She's been really inspirational to the children and she's helped them to see that they can achieve a lot if they can be strong."
Malala, 15, had surgery on Saturday at a Birmingham hospital to fit a titanium plate over her damaged skull.
