Ewan's the champion as young Queen fan marks cancer treatment end
A young cancer patient demonstrated the show must go on as he marked the end of his hospital treatment.
Ewan, 13, from Evesham, and staff from Worcestershire Royal Hospital, dressed up as Freddie Mercury and members of Queen to celebrate.
Ewan has been treated for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in the Children’s Cancer Clinic for the last three-and-a-half years.
Staff knew he was a fan of Queen, so the team dressed up with wigs and outfits, and asked a colleague who performs as Freddie Mercury as part of a Queen tribute act to come along.
