Ben Richardson says wheelchair rugby 'changed my life'

A young man, from Rainham in Kent, says playing wheelchair rugby has changed his life.

Ben Richardson has had cerebral palsy from birth.

The 21-year-old has been speaking to BBC South East as part of the #thisisme series.
